Return Policy

At Chastity Danielle Luxury Concierge, we specialize in authentic, pre-loved and vintage luxury items. Due to the nature of these pieces, our return policy is limited and designed to ensure fairness to both our customers and our business.

🔁 RETURN WINDOW (IF APPLICABLE)

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be received back within 7 days of delivery to be considered.

🛑 FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return:

  • All handbags (including Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, etc.)
  • All vintage items
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Items sold at a discounted or promotional price

⚠️ ELIGIBLE RETURNS (RARE CASES ONLY)

Returns will ONLY be considered if:

  • The item was significantly misrepresented
  • The item received is not authentic

All returns are subject to review and approval.

🔍 RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return (if approved), items must:

  • Be in the exact condition received
  • Not be used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Include all original packaging (if applicable)

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned back to the customer.

💰 RETURN FEES

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply

👜 VINTAGE DISCLAIMER

Many items are 10–30+ years old and may show:

  • Wear to handles, corners, or straps
  • Patina, cracking, or softening of leather
  • Interior wear consistent with age

These are not considered defects, but part of the item’s character.

⛔ NO GUARANTEE ON LONG-TERM WEAR

Due to the vintage and pre-loved nature of our items, we do not guarantee the long-term durability of materials such as:

  • Handles
  • Straps
  • Stitching
  • Hardware

📦 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged in transit or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
