Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using a reputable carrier. Most orders are delivered within 7β10 business days from the date your order is placed.

Tracking Information
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped so you can monitor its delivery status.
Signature Confirmation
For the security of our customers, high-value luxury items may require an adult signature upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or appears to have been tampered with during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
